JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform the operations and processes to fill and package non-sterile penicillin products for veterinary use
This will be accomplished by operating high speed production equipment, to include non-sterile filling, packaging, and labeling machines in a fast-paced environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP) and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
– Package products according to company standards and specifications.
– Switch tasks frequently to ensure a dynamic and engaging work experience.
– Maintain a clean and organized work area.
– Meet production targets and quality standards set by the company.
– Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.
- Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn in accordance with established procedures.
TYPICAL DAY
Rotating between stations every 15 minutes or so
Very fast pace job while performing multiple functions at once
There is a lot of documentation while performing this job
Checking weights of raw materials
Ensuring lines aren't jammed and always loaded with product
Inspecting end product for damages as well as labels
Helping with label machine and ensuring that is loaded
Maintaining a very clean work environment
Cleaning materials and equipment in between batches
