Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) Specialist to join our team. The CTMS Specialist will be responsible for managing the intake process for all CDAs/NDAs/CTAs, ensuring that final contract terms are consistent with IRB-approved ICF documents, and preparing/reviewing Award Establishment documentation. The role also involves updating the CTMS, providing regular status updates, and creating reports for study teams, ancillary departments, and leadership.
Responsibilities
Manage the intake process for all CDAs/NDAs/CTAs.
Review submissions by study teams to the CTMS for completeness.
Document receipt in study status and assign to CTO team members.
Create folders in SharePoint and upload all draft documents.
Ensure final contract terms are consistent with IRB-approved ICF documents.
Prepare and review Award Establishment documentation.
Update the CTMS as required.
Provide regular updates to management on the status of ongoing clinical trials.
Create and provide reports to study teams, ancillary departments, and leadership.
Essential Skills
Experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) - Velos preferred.
Knowledge of clinical trial processes.
Strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
BS degree is preferred but not required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $34.00/hr.
