We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of enterprise marketing campaigns, driving maximum impact and continual improvement. This 12-month parental leave cover opportunity offers a unique chance to shape our marketing strategy and make a lasting impact.

The Opportunity:

  • Develop and manage creative marketing campaigns that deliver business objectives

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful campaign execution

  • Monitor campaign performance, adjust as needed, and communicate updates to key stakeholders

  • Develop campaign impact reporting and metrics to measure success

  • Project manage podcast production and annual improvement plan schedule

About You:

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing campaign management

  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results

  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, fostering strong partnerships.

  • Qualification in marketing or communications discipline

  • Passion for problem-solving, creative thinking, and collaboration
