IHG Guest Service Agent in Sydney, Australia

Are you a people person with a passion for hospitality? Join our team at Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour Sydney as a Part-Time Guest Service Agent and be the welcoming face for our guests!

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and interact with guests upon arrival

  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations

  • Handle guest inquiries and provide directions and explanations of hotel facilities

  • Manage guest accounts, ensuring accurate billing and smooth departures

  • Resolve guest issues to ensure an exceptional stay

  • Promote IHG Rewards Club by enrolling guests and recognizing existing members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in Guest Services/Administration/Reception

  • Qualifications in Hotel Management or Business Administration preferred

  • Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts

  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workloads
