Global Workspace Solutions, also known as GWS, develop individualised facilities management success plans for each of our clients.

Here’s a snapshot of your day:

  • Lead the delivery of the assigned portfolio of accounts.

  • Exploit all opportunities of strategic development of the portfolio, deliver increased turnover and profitability, and renew all contracts/tenders.

  • Provide leadership with full responsibility of profit and loss including development of contract financial planning for revenue and profit delivery, reduction of WIP, debt, cost reduction and contract growth and ensure these are met and exceeded.

  • Optimise staffing structure across contracts and balance cost reduction without compromising delivery of excellent service.

  • Support the sales process through solutions development, participate in presentation and consultation meetings.

  • Set an example of exceptional quality, innovation and standards.

  • Ensure the team has the skills and motivation to perform their roles to the best of their abilities.

Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful:

  • Trade background (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing) with 10 years of experience in facilities management, building services or projects.

  • Experience managing a team and driving growth.

  • Strong financial knowledge.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills.

  • Ability to solve advanced problems in complex situations.

  • Self-starter, confident and result focused.

  • Ability to gain trust and support of top-level management and key client decision makers.
