Nielsen Sports is looking for a new team member to join the Client Service team, who are responsible for managing the relationships with our portfolio of clients. This role would suit someone who is looking to take on a client facing role and has an interest in sport marketing and research. Both Sydney and Melbourne based candidates will be considered.
Role Responsibilities
Day-to-day contact for a range of clients, responsible for maintaining client relationships with support from the broader Client Service team
Oversee the end-to-end project delivery for client projects (including kick-off through to presentation), covering consumer insights, media evaluation, sponsorship valuations, and economic impact studies
Identify opportunities to help grow the business and drive outcomes for clients, with support from the broader Client Service team
Assist in contract negotiations within your client portfolio
On-boarding and training clients on Nielsen-owned analysis tools
You will be required to monitor and manage processes, both internal and external, work closely with other Nielsen team members and interact with clients
Role Requirements
Bachelor Degree, preferably with a business/commerce background (recent university graduates are encouraged to apply)
Interest in the business of sports, media, events, and entertainment and a sound understanding of the Australian sports landscape
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and high level of business acumen
Commercial mindset and acumen
Understanding of numbers, with the ability to interpret and present data
Past experience with sales, customer or client facing roles in a sport, marketing or business environment would be looked upon favorably
