EMEA HCM Program Leader

Location: Brussels, Belgium / Swords, Ireland

Job Summary: The EMEA HCM Program Leader is a critical role on the HCM program core team and will ensure successful deployment of the HCM cloud solution and processes in the EMEA region. You will develop and execute in-country strategies and plans to implement new processes, systems, and technologies across our EMEA businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads HR HCM Cloud Solution technology implementation in EMEA, ensuring program objectives, budget and timelines are met.

  • Coordinates cross-functional teams and resources for effective HCM implementation.

  • Manages staffing, budget, and vendors for successful resource allocation.

  • Harmonizes and standardizes HR processes across businesses and countries, while complying with global HR policies and local regulations

  • Effectively uses project management processes and tools and provides reports on project status, risk identification and mitigation activities. Maintains and stores comprehensive, accurate and detailed project records.

  • Supports change efforts through awareness generation, training, user adoption facilitation, and meeting people experience expectations.

  • Applies lean tools and resources for intelligent insights and continuous improvement actions to address repetitive concerns in processes, training, and standard work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR operations and technology, preferably with a focus on HCM cloud solutions.

  • Experience implementing an HCM cloud solution in EMEA.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading large scale, complex, regional, or global projects.

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills; superior ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

  • Knowledge of in-country HR requirements, regulations, policies and practices within EMEA region

  • Proficiency in English; additional EMEA language(s) would be a plus
