Role Summary

Technician-Maintenance is mainly responsible for pump maintenance and pump spare parts order processing in the daily operation of the rapid response center, and can also support on-site service when necessary

Key Responsibilities

·Support DCIQ operation process, disassemble the pump according to the disassembly work order and related drawings and work instructions, take photos or videos to record the key steps of disassembly, thoroughly clean and clean the disassembled parts, inspect the disassembled parts according to the drawings and work orders, record the defective items found during the disassembly and inspection process, and finally form a disassembly report

·Support the pump assembly process, complete the pump assembly work according to the maintenance plan/contract/assembly work instructions/assembly work order confirmed by the customer, assemble strictly in accordance with technical requirements, measure and record key control points, accurately and truthfully fill in the assembly form, complete the completion report, and archive relevant reports and records as required

·Support spare parts order execution, including but not limited to assisting with receiving goods, assisting with dimensional inspection, assisting with parts warehousing and packaging, Assist in shipment, etc.

·Support on-site services when necessary and capable, mainly on-site guidance for customers or their designated operators to disassemble and assemble the pump, record and feedback on problems found on site, and guide customers to start up and debug or analyze abnormal causes and provide solutions after having relevant capabilities

·Responsible for daily equipment inspection, simple equipment maintenance, 6S ​​management, etc. in the maintenance area

·Strictly abide by the company's relevant safety regulations, conduct safety training and fill in safety observation items as required

Qualification:

·College degree or above, 3+ years of experience in the machinery industry, strong hands-on ability

·Good mechanical drawing recognition ability, including parts drawings and assembly drawings, and a certain understanding of geometric tolerances

·Able to use common manual measuring tools, including vernier calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, etc.

·Basic English reading ability, able to understand English markings on drawings

·Work conscientiously and responsibly, Hardworking, can accept irregular business trips

·Experience in pump industry maintenance or on-site service is preferred

·Ability to operate ordinary lathes is preferred
