Insight Global Director of Business Development and Marketing in Surrey, British Columbia

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Director of Business Development and Marketing to join our client locally in Vancouver, BC. This is a full-time, permanent role that would require you to be on-site. The successful candidate will be overseeing a sales and marketing team to drive existing and future client growth. They should also come from a technical engineering background and be able to understand key concepts within the utilities/energy industry to strategically align with client needs. This role will be client facing to help educate clients on all offerings our client and support on which will in turn, ensure revenue targets are met for the fiscal year. You will also be overseeing publicly released bids and running point to ultimately win those bids/requests for proposals. With regards to marketing, brand awareness and social media presence for rebranding, including the company website will be prioritized. Travel will be associated with this role for various conferences and networking events.

Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum of 10-years of experience

  • Master's Degree

  • Must come from a technical engineering/electrical background

  • Experience with business planning and strategy for fiscal year

  • Proven results of overseeing a sales team and hitting annual revenue targets null
