Are you ready to take your career to the next level in beautiful Surfside Beach, SC? We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service!
What You'll Do:
70%: Be a mentor! Assist in training new staff members and process complex or specialty claims with precision. Enter claims into the system after verifying correct coding of procedures and diagnosis codes.
15%: Ensure excellence! Make sure claims are processed according to quality and production standards. Correct any processing errors by reprocessing, adjusting, and/or recouping claims.
15%: Be a problem solver! Research and resolve claims edits and deferrals. Utilize policies, procedures, and reference materials to perform thorough research on claim problems. Respond to routine correspondence and complete spreadsheets if applicable.
What You Bring:
Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Work Experience: 2 years of experience processing, researching, and adjudicating claims.
Preferred Work Experience: 5 years of experience processing and adjudicating claims.
Onboarding Process:
Once the offer is extended and accepted, our TEK onboarding process will begin.
Your assignment will start with a 6-8 week training period.
C2 Tricare clearance will be required to proceed on assignment after the training period.
Extensive background check and fingerprinting will be conducted.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.11 - $23.11/hr.
