Google Program Manager III, Google Cloud, Supply Chain Operations in Sunnyvale, California

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.

  • Experience in program management, supply chain management, UAT execution, change management, leadership, and communication.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Experience engaging with subject matter experts and functional leads to solve issues.

  • Experience delivering process definition, enabling systems, and compute/network/data center infrastructure.

  • Ability to design and build processes and tools for scale.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Supply Chain Operations Program Manager, you will lead cross-organizational programs, bringing together software, process, and operations teams to deploy new solutions and scale operations in support of business growth. in this role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders on strategic priorities and drive program management.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Provide program management leadership across cross-functional teams through project life-cycles.

  • Lead change management and user acceptance testing tracks for cross-functional programs with new processes and systems implementations.

  • Collaborate with program managers for best practices.

  • Identify opportunities for supply chain operational improvements and promote project management best practices.
