Google Account Based Marketing Manager, Security, Google Cloud in Sunnyvale, California

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing, field or pipeline marketing.

  • Experience planning or executing multiple marketing programs with cross-functional stakeholders, working with field sales teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Demand Generation strategy and execution within cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS or technology companies.

  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and leading ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6Sense, Bombora, PathFactory, etc.).

  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in ABM programs.

  • Ability to think big-picture, translating business objectives into actionable ABM strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate difficult concepts to diverse stakeholders.

  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive initiatives across teams and regions.

As an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) expert, you will elevate our marketing strategy and drive significant growth. You will design, orchestrate, and optimize our global ABM initiatives, fostering collaboration with sales, regional field marketing, and product marketing teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Build working relationships with sales, regional field marketing, and product marketing teams, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless execution of ABM programs.

  • Develop scalable ABM models and define a playbook for tailoring these to specific regions and industries. Nurture high-potential accounts with personalized engagement across the buying cycle.

  • Craft compelling narratives and ABM-focused content assets attuned to different journey stages, tailor messaging to specific industries and account profiles. Design a comprehensive global ABM framework, setting the standard for aimed, high-impact campaigns.

  • Define and track ABM success metrics, leveraging insights to continuously optimize programs for pipeline generation and business generation impact.

  • Evaluate and recommend ABM technologies to enhance aiming, personalization, and measurement. Partner with marketing operations to roll out new capabilities.
