JOB REQUIREMENTS: Lead graphic designer for the company, including company logos, website assets, flyers, banners, print ads, and social media creative. Process requests from the team through effective communication, quality draft /final file sharing, and accept/receive feedback professionally. Maintain company website, with occasional assistance from our web development partner. At the direction of the Marketing Manager and corporate leadership, manage all creative with the agency partner, including the submission and reimbursement of manufacture co-op funds. Prepare campaign creatives and help distribute marketing materials. Order, track and manage company inventory of promotional apparel and other promotional items. Attend and support two trade association events and other trade shows. Work directly with vendors and executive management for marketing activities. Other administrative tasks as needed. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent graphic design skills, with a portfolio of past work. At least 1-2 years of graphic design, marketing, or advertising experience. Passion for art and/or design. Interest in industrial or heavy equipment industry. Strong desire to learn along with professional drive. Solid understanding of different marketing techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Familiarity with marketing computer software (Full Adobe Suite) and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics, and Google AdWords).
