Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Sumner, WA

Salary: $26-$26 per hour

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team in Sumner, WA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery that is integral to our concrete product production process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery to manufacture concrete accessories, chemicals, and forming products according to production specifications.

  • Monitor machine performance, adjusting settings as needed to ensure product quality and production efficiency.

  • Inspect machines and products regularly for defects or irregularities, taking corrective action when necessary.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

  • Follow all safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery as required.

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and timelines.

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues with machinery or product quality.

  • Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and operational processes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous machine operator experience is preferred, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

  • Basic mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery problems.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Ability to work efficiently and independently, managing time effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

  • Ability to work the required shift (7:30 AM - 4 PM Monday through Friday).

Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
