Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Summit, NJ.
Job Role and Responsibility: Responsible for business analysis, design, development, and testing of applications for Enterprise Party Identification and Consolidation. Work in Agile and responsible for managing and evolving scaled agile portfolios of the moderate complexity. Partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, and stakeholders on delivery of work product from the scrum team(s) and escalates key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness. Provide oversight in the integration/implementation of programs, recognizing the significance of completing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary. Telecommuting is permitted up to 4 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Management of Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field plus Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation involving software engineering experience.
Specific skills required:
• 5 years of experience with Informatica Multi Domain Master Data Management (MDM) Development;
• 5 years of data modeling experience;
• 5 years of data warehouse experience;
• 5 years of relational database experience;
• 5 years of business systems analysis or design experience;
• 5 years of experience with data analysis and documentation; and
• 5 years of experience as a scrum master.
