Job Title: Electrician
Job Description
Seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and making necessary adjustments, repairs, or improvements to equipment, maintaining production tools and equipment in good working order, and ensuring an effective preventative maintenance schedule is maintained. You will perform work as specified on work orders by other facility personnel, ensuring all machinery operates safely and efficiently per manufacturer specifications. Additionally, you will provide technical support for the installation of equipment and facility layout changes, operate a forklift, perform required clean-up duties, and train new department employees. This position involves a 3-shift weekly rotation.
Hard Skills
Certified Maintenance Electrician, ideally journey person's status
Valid forklift license
Experience with Allen Bradley Drives and PLCs
Robotic experience, particularly with Fanuc robots
Experience in panel building and installations
Soft Skills
Ability to handle physical requirements of the job (lifting up to 50 lbs)
Commitment to safety and adherence to safety procedures

This is a fully on-site position in Stratford, Ontario.
Work Environment
Automotive facility with pressing, stamping, and conveyors. Strong emphasis on safety and adherence to CSA procedures.
