Kelly Services Senior CNC Machinist in Stoughton, Massachusetts
Kelly, in partnership with a rapidly growing machine shop, is looking for a Senior Machinist in Stoughton, MA. Our client has a small work force offering an environment that feels like family.
This is a direct hire position, meaning you will be hired directly with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire.
Benefits:

Details:
Pay: 45.00 to $55.00 per hour, based on experience
Shift: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday (some flexibility on hours if needed)
Job Description:
Reviewing drawings
Programming parts (Optional)
Defining machining strategies; Setting up machines and tools
Making accurate measurements
Managing multiple competing priorities
Achieving good part finish
Preparing parts on time and with high precision
Maintain organization, workflow and teamwork in our facility
Interacting with machining, welding and fabrication staff
Set up and operation of all plant machines (8), Mills, Lathes, Mill/Turns.
Requirements:
10+ years of CNC Machinist experience
Strong math skills
Lean manufacturing experience is a plus; 5s, six-sigma
