Onboarding Coordinator

What will you be doing?
In this key, fast-paced role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the new team members, those who will deliver on our mission, have a smooth transition into the organization. The volume is very high so being able to move quickly and manage multiple tasks in an organized and efficient manner is critical.
Working in a fast paced, high-volume environment, you will play an integral role in creating a smooth and pleasant onboarding experience
Maintaining an excellent and welcoming experience for our future team members After all, you are the first contact with the company and the most important memory they will have when making a decision to start a meaningful career with us
Answering questions and concerns for prospective team members providing top level customer service
Ensuring applicants progress in a timely manner through the onboarding process while meeting the background requirements
Entering HR related data, completing systems set up, onboarding paperwork and electronic filings
Schedules orientation meetings, conducts virtual I-9 meetings, while partnering with multiple recruiters in multiple markets to help ensure metrics are met or exceeded
Who are you?
1+ years administrative role with high degree of volume and complexity around coordination and communication.
Onboarding, recruiting, or human resource experience a PLUS
Demonstrated ability to learn high volume detailed administrative data entry and processing functions.
Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and deliver quality results on time while working on multiple items simultaneously
Plan and organize tasks to consistently produce results, with minimal supervision.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Proficient with email and texting communications. Previous experience or exposure to various HRIS system a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills including active listening and working to find solutions.
