Robert Half Patient Financial Services Representative in Stockton, California
Description We are in search of a Patient Financial Services Representative to join our team in the government sector located in Stockton, California. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity and involves supporting finance operations in areas such as accounts payable, payroll, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle customer service matters and inquiries.
• Oversee payroll and vendor payments for customers.
• Ensure adherence to relevant policies and regulations in all financial operations.
• Utilize CRM and Crystal Reports to maintain financial databases.
• Process and manage invoices, payroll, and other financial records.
• Use Dentrix Dental Software for accurate data entry and mathematical calculations.
• Reconcile tax reports and benefit payments using Allscripts and Cerner Technologies.
• Generate reports and create charts or graphs for visual representation of data.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Handle inbound calls and manage authorizations, benefit functions, and billing functions. Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Patient Financial Services Representative or related role within the government sector.
• Proficiency in using Allscripts and Cerner Technologies is required.
• Experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize Crystal Reports for data analysis and report generation.
• Familiarity with Dentrix Dental Software is a significant advantage.
• Capable of efficiently answering inbound calls and providing customer service.
• Proven track record of managing authorizations related to patient financial services.
• Understanding and experience with benefit functions in a healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of billing functions, including insurance claims and payment processing.
• Ability to create and interpret charts and graphs for financial reporting purposes.
