VF Corporation Key Account Manager in Stockholm, Sweden

Timberland EMEA is looking for an exceptional Key Account Manager to join our Sales team in The Nordics - based in Stockholm, Sweden.

The Key Account Manager is an exciting opportunity to shape the Brand's future in one of our key markets. The role has the ultimate end responsibility for managing accounts of the brand and reports directly to the Sales Manager Nordics (Benelux & Scandinavia).

The KAM is the account lead and is ultimately responsible to ensure all opportunities in sales, marketing, product, and operations are heard and quantified. The primary goal is to ensure that all seasonal and yearly quantitative and qualitative objectives are met and aligned with the overall EMEA/country strategy. The KAM will be a leading position and best practice for the whole sales organization in Sweden in terms of account management.

How You Will Make a Difference

Strategy

  • Develop and build strong strategic partnerships.

  • Own & lead the strategic account plan, ensure complete execution, and align seasonal initiatives to the overall EMEA GTM strategy.

  • Participation in GTM meetings and presentation of your GTM account plan.

  • Ensure in-depth market knowledge and analysis, to establish a pricing strategy and quantify the key growth opportunities.

  • Drive the in-store Brand presence, to ensure excellent Brand consumer awareness and connection.

  • Be a role model and support the sales team in analytics and account management.

Revenue

  • Drive the business, implement, and nurture profitability, in line with key metrics and Brand guidelines.

  • Led the development and implementation of account-specific marketing plans mid and long-term.

  • Planned, controlled, and executed activities to hit the required sales targets and the desired profit margins.

  • Negotiation of the commercial terms and agreements for your strategic partners

Process & distribution

  • Drive the seasonal selling ‘Go to Market’ process.

  • Establish and maintain close contact with the management and all key decision-makers or influencers within the account.

  • Drive the assortment planning process within the defined distribution policy with the account, to ensure market differentiation, to build the base for future sustainable profitable growth.

  • Providing an accurate forecast plan for each sell-in period for your accounts

Skills For Success

To succeed as a Key Account Manager, you must translate the Brand`s business objectives into a coherent sales strategy and implementation.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English.

  • Solid experience in Sales within a lifestyle or fashion-based background.

  • Strong interpersonal skills. You need to be confident and capable of building good relationships with high levels of communication.

  • A self-starter who can work independently.

  • Data-driven with a quantitative and qualitative outlook.

  • Good organization skills and a solution-orientated approach.

  • Deep appreciation for brands and team culture.

  • Computer literate and good knowledge of MS Office packages.

  • Team player. Lead and be an example for other team members.
