THE ROLE

The Client and Training Services Representative is the primary force to ensure that the expectations of our clients, and instructors in connection with the training are being met and/or exceeded consistently.

As a client and training services representative you will have a unique perspective on the entire process of training delivery. You will be the primary point of contact and responsible for coordinating and managing instructors, clients, and guests. This position requires flexibility in a dynamic environment and the capacity to prioritize daily activities as they unfold. This role will give you opportunity to ensure that expectations are being met and/or exceeded consistently, which in turn will improve customer loyalty.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create associated files for each course / student as required

  • Support and give guidance to the Instructor team regarding processes,

  • give access to system admin and training material.

  • Send welcome letters and course loading instructions to incoming students

  • Timely production of course documentation and reports

  • Manage eLearning accounts and provide CBT support.

  • Manage training records and archives

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Administrative experience from the aviation industry is desirable

  • Education – high school as a minimum with 2-5 years related experience

  • Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Swedish and a good understanding of the Scandinavian languages

  • Strong focus on quality with a continuous drive towards process improvement and customer satisfaction

  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude are essential

  • Organized and accurate detail work are essential

  • Able to work using own initiative

  • Ability to concentrate and work in a fast-paced environment. Readily accepts changes and adjusts accordingly
