Responsible for providing primary, day to day administrative support to the Energy Services Utility Production and Distribution Systems managers and their supervisors to include purchasing, travel planning and reimbursement, meeting arrangements, information management, and other tasks as assigned.\ \ Responsible for compiling routine reports on production and distribution maintenance and outage metrics.\ \ Provide customer service and administrative support to Energy Services staff, campus colleagues and customers, on-call engineers and contractors, and outside constituents as needed.\ \ Provide point-of-contact support for Energy Services phone calls and visitors to the Central Plant facility, and back up for Director\'s office when needed.\ \ Employee in this position is required to work overtime occasionally when work requires, when work can\'t be accomplished during regular hours, and when management staff deems necessary.\ \ Promotional opportunities may be available through established career development plan.
