21st Century Equipment, LLC Service Technician (Sterling) in Sterling, Colorado
POSITION: Service Technician - Sterling
REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver's license 2+ recent and consistent years of professional hands-on diesel repair Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes Ability to lift up to 75lbs and perform physical activity in various weather conditions and for extended periods of time Preferred qualifications:
Previous formal John Deere training (JDU) 10+ years spent in the agriculture space Previous and positive employment of reasonable tenure with another John Deere dealer
WAGE: Salary range is based on experience from $20.00-$35.00/hour. Hourly Rate plus Monthly Incentive based on labor efficiency, OR Progressive Scale Incentive Plan, DOE. No premium for overtime. This position is also eligible for an On-Call Bonus.

DAYS AND HOURS: Full time position. Days/hours will be arranged with the employer.
DUTIES: Perform diagnostics, repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer owned agriculture equipment. The primary product of the Service Dept. is billable time, so individual must possess good interpersonal skills, be able to interact with customers and be capable of providing detailed repair information.
