COLSA Corporation NTSS Functional Manager (Human Resources) in Stennis Space Center, Mississippi
Responsible for the technical performance and management of all of the services supported under Human Resources in support of NASA'S Shared Services Center (NSSC).*
Skilled in continuous improvement methodologies; adept at change management; excellent leadership and personnel management skills; and well versed in performance measurement and tracking.*
Reports to a more-senior-level Project Manager or Program Manager

Required SkillsRequired Experience
Required Qualificaitons
Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
Minimum of 10 years of functional area experience to include at least 3 years of direct project management experience
Must have knowledge of basic government HR processes related to in-processing, personnel action processing, drug testing, financial disclosure processing, personnel recordkeeping, benefits/retirement counseling/processing, payroll processing, time and attendance processing, employee development and training, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee recognition and awards processing, staffing, classification, Senior Executive Service (SES) certification support and support to other NASA or federal government personnel programs
Must be knowledgeable of applicable NASA and Federal HR regulations, policies, guidance, and existing case law
U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to undergo a background investigation for a position of Public Trust
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Master's degree
Prior experience supporting NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC)
