Park Lane Finance Solutions (PLFS),a leading provider of affordable mortgages for manufactured housing in the Southeast and Midwest--and one of The Caton Companies--is seeking a Loan Operations Manager for its Staunton, Virginia corporate office. The ideal candidate is a proven leader and builder of teams with a thorough knowledge of the manufactured housing lending industry.
The PLFS Loan Origination Department is a skilled and successful team and is looking for this leader to help them grow to the next level and achieve even greater results.
Summary/Objective
The Loan Servicing Manager reports to the President of PLFS and is responsible for leading and managing our team of mortgage servicing professional. This person must demonstrate a firm understanding of servicing-related and bankruptcy compliance regulations, understand account principles, have an eye for detail, and provide quality customer services to borrowers and stakeholders.
Experience/Education
Bachelor’s Degree in management, business, finance, accounting or other relevant field, Master’s Degree a plus
Mortgage Industry (such as loan processing, servicing, and underwriting) insurance or banking: 4 years
Proven experience as a team manager
Knowledge of mortgage or auto industry a plus, but not required
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is an in-person, full-time position; typical work hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm with some overnight travel on occasion.
