In support of HVAC development programs, the Engineering Technician installs, tests, calibrates, and repairs electromechanical, and electronic measuring, recording, and
indicating
instruments and equipment for conformance to
established
standards.
Shift: 2:00-10:00pm Monday-Friday
A Day in the Life:
- Conducts testing and calibration procedures per company standards in support of HVAC development programs as directed.
- Sets up standard and special purpose laboratory instrumentation to test and evaluate HVAC equipment.
- Analyzes, diagnosis and modifies systems to support extensive R and D programs with direction from senior staff members.
- Proactively engages in safe working habits following the applicable standards.
- Supports technical center initiatives by assisting with projects as assigned.
- Maintains effective communication with project team to assure performance of duties.
- Maintains cleanliness of work areas and ensures proper handling of tools, equipment, and stock to prevent loss.

What you will Bring:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three years of related work experience is
required
