Job Description
Seeking dedicated Assistant Line Operators for both day and night shifts. The primary role involves operating the assigned production line and associated production equipment to ensure customer requirements are met. This includes monitoring various machines, performing blend checks, making minor process adjustments, and assisting in preventive maintenance. The chosen candidates will be responsible for visual inspection of fiber and finished rolls, offloading and weighing finished rolls, wrapping and packaging products, and disposing of product waste. Other duties include assisting in training, conforming to documentation and work instructions, maintaining equipment, complying with all safety rules, maintaining good housekeeping, and ensuring proper control and reporting of inventory. Pay ranges between $16-18/hr.

The work environment is a non-climate controlled, very hot textile environment. Candidates must be open to standing on their feet throughout the entire shift.
