Borough of State College Community Engagement Specialist in State College, Pennsylvania
The Community Engagement Specialist performs support functions for the Community Engagement office. This position supports the activities of coordinating and maintaining the collaborative efforts between State College Borough, Penn State University (PSU), and neighborhood groups to assist students in becoming engaged in community life, ensure that neighborhoods are stable, vibrant, and sustainable places for all residents. Position exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques. Work is performed under general supervision with limited latitude. *MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: *Bachelor's degree supplemented by some customer service, non-profit or administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience. Must possess a valid Pennsylvania drivers' license.
