Job Title: HVAC Mechanic

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Mechanic to join our maintenance team. Your primary role will be to perform preventive maintenance work on HVAC equipment, ensuring its optimal functioning. You'll be responsible for installing new air conditioning units and systems and maintaining both manual and automatic controls. In addition, you'll also handle repairs, maintenance, and diagnosing of centralized air handling units for both electrical and pneumatic controls. You will respond to heating or cooling complaints and make necessary adjustments to meet the comfort levels required by the occupants. Other responsibilities include testing and balancing the heating, cooling, ventilating, and air conditioning to comply with the proper specifications and code requirements. You'll also assist other crafts during shutdowns.
