VF Corporation Treasury Analyst EMEA in Stabio, Switzerland
VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Treasury Analyst EMEA to join our Treasury team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Reporting to the Director, Treasury EMEA, the Treasury Analyst EMEA will support the Treasury team in managing the company’s cashflow, liquidity, banking relationship and its Treasury Management System Kyriba. This position will be contributing to daily cash management activities, cashflow forecasting, daily bank reconciliations, monthly closing activities, e-banking administrations, bank guarantee issuances and assisting in various Treasury projects to apply best practices in European Treasury management.
How You Will Make a Difference
Primary responsibilities will include:
Cash Management
Monitor daily cash balances, review cash in- and outflows and adjust as needed to ensure sufficient liquidity to meet company needs.
Prepare or execute fund transfers and payments in line with company policies and regulations.
Reconciliation of cash flow forecasts versus actuals and analyse variances.
Cash pool administration: add/remove new users, entities, bank accounts, designated beneficiary accounts.
Review and authorize weekly manual payments entered/uploaded in Cobase/banking portals.
Maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity for EMEA (actual/forecast analysis).
Administration
- Bank administration: review user rights on bank account level, facilitate internal control and SOX compliance, request & year-end bank confirmations, set-up/delete users in banking portals, BAM reporting.
KYC management with financial institutions.
Foreign Exchange
Monitor and analyse FX exposures and suggest FX hedging activities.
Preparation of risk management reports and analysis.
Bank Guarantees
- Manage the issuance of bank guarantees to support the company’s financial operations and mitigate risk.
Projects
Actively contribute to the rollout of the Treasury Management System (Kyriba) to improve overall efficiencies.
Continuous process improvements for general treasury operations.
In House Bank project to optimize liquidity and reduce expenses associated with cash management.
Accounting
Reporting of the monthly interest accruals related to the global cash pool and Inter-co loans.
Reporting of monthly FX hedge accounting results related to the FX hedging program.
Skills For Success
A few years of corporate treasury, banking, or advisory experience.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Highly organized and achievement-oriented.
Team player who exhibits high professional conduct, integrity, and enthusiasm.
Ability to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
