Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
Join our team as a Maintenance Mechanic, where you will be instrumental in assembling, mounting, and installing the PVC portion of our new plating/strip line by using blueprints and hand/power tools, with a critical project deadline of July 1st. Beyond the project, you will:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment in a clean, climate-controlled environment. Y
Working with mechanical, electrical (3-phase 480v), hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, conducting line changeovers.
Completing work orders efficiently, all while working independently with minimal supervision.
Shift
First Shift: 6AM-4:30PM
Monday- Thursday
Need to be willing to work mandatory Fridays on occasions and regularly 50 hour weeks.
Weekends are optional.

No micromanaging - little to no supervision, expected to complete work orders in a timely manner.
Flexible schedule - ex. if you need to go to the dentist, you can leave and return whenever you need, but the expectation is that you'll still make up the hours or log it as vacation time.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in St. Petersburg, Florida until completion of project then will move to Pinellas Park location permanenantly.
