As a Blender Mixer Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the precise blending and mixing of ingredients to create our signature products. Operating our state-of-the-art blending equipment, you'll work collaboratively with our production team to meet production goals while upholding strict quality and safety standards.
salary: $15 - $16 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Stages, verifies, delivers and compounds in the appropriate batching tank all raw materials required for bulk product manufacturing
· Ensure proper weight and measured ingredients for batching process prior to compounding
· Maintain safety, quality, production, and sanitation standards at all times
· Performs visual quality checks of raw materials, identifies discrepancies and/or adverse chemical reactions and initiates resolution.
· Observe production or monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
· Complete and maintain department paperwork
· Examine materials, ingredients, or products visually or with hands to ensure conformance to established standards
· Cleans and sanitizes assigned tanks, piping, fittings, pumps and other related equipment in accordance with SOP and WI
· Read and understand batch tickets to determine production specifications or information
· Recommend process improvements for increased efficiencies
