Market Place Supervisor Dining Service Description JOB SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is supervising the day to day operation of the Dining Service and works as a part of the Dining Service Management Team. Employment Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE), Non-exempt (Hourly), Benefits-Eligible Schedule: 40 hours/week, 52 weeks/year with a rotating schedule MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Co-Manage day to day operations of a high volume dining service operation Assist in training, coaching and developing over 50 full time staff Work with and mentor college student employees Develop and maintain student friendly environment MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Six months experience in a high-volume dining service or restaurant or other related experience.
