Job Information

WestRock Company Warehouse Shipping Clerk in St Paul, Minnesota

Hours of work: Must be willing to work varying shifts for weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Must work overtime as needed.

Pay: $24.78 per hour.

Some Duties/Responsibilities:

•Operate forklift and/or other powered industrial equipment.

• Loading/Unloading trailers.

• General housekeeping and cleanliness.

• Ability to work safely and comply with all Local, State, Federal, and WestRock laws, regulations, and practices.

• Perform the essential functions of the other positions within the department on a relief and fill-in basis.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must pass pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

• Must be able to work in the United States and have acceptable I-9 documentation

• Must obtain forklift certification via internal training.

• Must train and qualify to work other positions in the Shipping Department.

• Read & interpret documents such as safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions, procedural manuals, tape measures, etc.

• Must be able to add fractions.

• Must join USW Local 264 and meet/sustain requirements of the current appliable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
