Here, you will make an impact by:Assist in establishing a corporate foundationLead corporate giving operations including the design, maintenance and oversight of programsImplement and manage technology platforms to support all corporate giving initiatives which includes coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project deliveryDocument processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance and responsible for all reporting requirements for internal and external audiencesPartner with businesses and functions such as legal, compliance, communications, and information technologyYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND eight (8) year of experience in nonprofit, foundation, or corporate philanthropy administration/operationsORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND twelve (12) years of experience in nonprofit, foundation, or corporate philanthropy administration/operationsIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Four (4) years of experience transitioning from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed executionAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master's degree in nonprofit management, public policy, philanthropy, public health, business administration or a related field from an accredited institutionPhilanthropy experience in healthcareStrong project management skills including the ability to manage timelines, resources, and risks effectively.Commitment to quality, accuracy, and thoroughness, and willingness to be hands-on whenever necessaryStrong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and lead cross-functional teamsWork location:RemoteTravel: May include up to 10% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: no relocation assistanceMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e. ., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
