Description
Robert Half is partnering with a Corporation; and sourcing for an Employment Investigator. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of the workplace by conducting internal investigations related to employment issues.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive investigations into policy violations within the organization.
• Handle cases related to harassment in the workplace and ensure they are thoroughly investigated.
• Prepare detailed investigative reports and provide recommendations based on findings.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all investigations.
• Ensure all investigation activities are in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with the employee relations team to address and resolve issues.
• Monitor and track investigations to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to the management team based on investigation outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all investigations.
• Stay updated about changes in employment laws and regulations that may affect the company's policies and procedures.
Requirements
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Employment Investigator
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using HRM software and other related tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
