Our Cooks assure that our students eat better so that they can learn better. We prepare and serve three meals per day year-round in our campus cafeteria. At the Hubert H. Humphrey Job Corps Center, operated by Education and Training Resources (ETR), we have creative and caring staff who make a difference in the lives of at-risk young adults each and every day. MAIN DUTIES: Prepare foods that meet dietary needs and health standards Ensure proper setup of foods on serving lines and serve foods Assist with cleaning and maintaining kitchen and dining areas Direct and mentor work-based learning and culinary arts students WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time working Tuesday through Saturday from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm APPLICATION PROCESS: From Mobile Device - Go to https://www.etrky.com; click on =; click on Current Operations; under Locations, select Hubert H.
