Job Title: Production Assembler
Job Description
Seeking skilled Production Assemblers to join our team in building and upfitting custom crawlers for various customers. The role involves reading drawings to understand the tools required and following detailed assembly instructions. You will be responsible for attaching parts to crawlers, which can be repetitive, and documenting the work to ensure deadlines are met.

Work Environment
The work environment is challenging, often hot and dirty, with some heavy lifting required. The standard working hours are from 6am to 2:30pm, with a first shift starting at 5am to 3:30pm. Flexibility is crucial as there may be up to one hour of overtime each day.
