Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Job Description
Join our Operations Department as a Field Service Engineer, where you will be instrumental in the installations and continuous enhancements of intelligent material handling solutions alongside cutting-edge applications. This role involves working closely with e-commerce companies, performing warehouse installations, maintenance, and integration tasks. You will lead a team to ensure project scopes are completed from concept to completion while maintaining stringent timelines in highly automated warehouse facilities. Extensive travel across North America to customer distribution sites is required, with all travel-related expenses covered by the company. This position offers significant opportunities for growth and advancement in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Hard Skills
Experience in construction, warehousing, or equipment installation
Experience in project management within automated warehouse facilities
Experience supporting the installation of construction materials or other hardware
Ability to read CAD drawings
Proficiency in using hand and power tools
Capability to lead from concept to completion in the installation of robotic systems

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in St. Louis, Missouri.
Work Environment
The role involves nearly 100% travel with projects typically lasting 2 weeks at a time. You will be working in warehouses, distribution, and fulfillment centers across North America. After each project cycle, you will have the opportunity to return home for the weekend
