Job Description
Seeking a diligent Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep across multiple sites within the St. Louis area. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including HVAC repairs and maintenance, carpentry, painting, furniture repair and installation, replacing electrical outlets, and minor plumbing tasks. This full-time position operates from Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM, with on-call duties during off-hours for emergencies, though calls are rare. The company provides a uniform, a vehicle, and all necessary tools and equipment for the job.
