Job Description:

  • This position is with our International Payroll and Timekeeping group.
  • The individual will represent Payroll and Timekeeping and support payroll related activities for different country payrolls in Europe, Middle East, Africa and South America.
  • We are partnering with an external payroll vendor and the selected individual will partner with the vendor to ensure all employees are properly and timely paid.
  • This individual implement, maintains and documents effective internal controls and processes. Identifies and resolves accounting system issues and identifies process improvements.
  • Develops new accounting systems and tools.
  • Analyzes, interprets, prepares and reconciles financial information.
  • Prepares standard and ad hoc internal and external financial reports for management. Reviews and analyzes relevant contract terms, conditions and accounting source document.
  • Reviews, analyzes and interprets company directives, policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Establishes, monitors, maintains and reviews internal control systems and documentation for compliance.
  • Regular and predicted attendance is required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Partners with the Payroll provider and other organizations to ensure correct information is provided for their use in calculating pay.

Validates complex payroll data received from Payroll provider to ensure quality and timely output for employees.

Prepares complex payroll and timekeeping management reports.

Analyzes and helps interpret sophisticated, policies, and payroll per in country regulatory requirements.

Oversees payroll and timekeeping implementations at new business locations.

Supports cross-functional teams to enhance existing payroll and timekeeping processes and tools.

Addresses employee inquiries.

Ensures system compliance by improving internal controls, guidelines to regulatory requirements.

Teams with other organizations (e.g. Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits, Business Support Managers in region) to address and support cross - organizational payroll process.
