Charter Coordination Specialist
The Charter Coordination Specialist is an entry level position with great career advancement opportunities. In this role, you will ensure that arrangements are made for each charter flight and communicate any challenges to customers, charter brokers, crew members, and FBOs.

Primary Job Duties
Responsibilities
Schedule arrival/departure times with Fixed Base Operators (FBOs)
Update charter brokers in the event of delays
Assist in clearing passenger name lists
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Pass a background check and drug screening
Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
Adaptability to changing priorities and time management skills
Strong teamwork and collaborations skills
Excellent communication skills
Flexible schedule allowing work during nights, weekends and holidays
This is a full-time position, starting at $15.98 an hour
Physical and Other Requirements
- Must live or relocate to St. George Utah
