MAKE A DIFFERENCESupport the permitted movement of ATS Specialized loads. You will learn to utilize a consultative approach in working with the team and outside resources for the acquisition of state and local permits and identifying feasible routes, as well as anticipate needs and take proactive measures to ensure positive service outcomes. By utilizing strong interpersonal communication and time management skills; you will act as an internal liaison analyzing timeliness and cost effectiveness. Your interactions with our permit agencies, drivers and internal team members will champion corporate values of ATS –Integrity,Determination,Responsibility,InnovationandExcellence.

OPPORTUNITYThe Over-Dimensional (OD) Permit Coordinator provides high quality service to drivers and customers while working collaboratively with internal partners to achieve personal and company goals. You will grow and be challenged in the following areas:

  • Responsible to gather, analyze and input needed route and load information for permit applications.

  • Coordinate time setup and contracts for state patrol, utility trucks and other services necessary for the transport of the load.

  • Become a solutions provider by monitoring execution of our permitting services and providing proactive communication regarding the status of services and any issues that may impact customer, driver, or ATS.

  • Demonstrate sound judgment and problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment while upholding ATS guidelines, policies and values.

HOURS:

The OD Permit Coordinator opportunity offers work/life balance with a Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5 PM core schedule with an occasional Saturday morning requirement.
