About the Role
Our Dukes Golf Course plays host to an outstanding 5* Championship Golf Course, situated on the edge of St Andrews. The club has an excellent reputation with a range of facilities on offer to its members and guests. We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Demi Chef de Partie to join us at the Dukes Clubhouse, as we embark on exciting year in 2024. Led by our Executive Chef, you will create superb dishes with locally sourced Scottish produce and be responsible for your own section, whilst gaining invaluable guidance and development.
About You
You will be an enthusiastic individual with previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef. A solid knowledge of culinary terminology and techniques is essential along with being competent in the following: meat, fish and poultry cooking, and the preparation of vegetables, basic stocks, soups, and sauce. You will also be able to demonstrate competencies and skills within the kitchen and enjoy working as part of a team.
What we Offer
A casual opportunity with the flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week. This role will include an element of weekend working and our shift pattern will be discussed during interview. A competitive hourly rate up to £12.95 per hour is offered, depending on your experience and a vast range of associate benefits.
