About the Role
Our award-winning Food and Beverage Team have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Commis de Rang to join them in creating magical memories for our guests. This is an excellent opportunity based within our In Room Dinning Team.
About You
You will be a sociable, friendly and enthusiastic individual who prides themselves on providing excellent customer service. You’ll also have strong attention to detail and communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team. Ideally, you’ll have recent working experience within a similar Food and Beverage role.
Duties and Responsibilities
Providing an exceptional dining experience to all guests.
Ensure all dishes, glasses and utensils are ready for service, in accordance with our standards of practice.
Have a full understanding of all dishes and beverages, as per specifications. Be confident in advising guests of dining options.
Build and maintain knowledge of all styles and sequences of service.
Be aware of all checkouts, opening and closing procedures and be familiar with ordering stock,running stock checks when required.
Salary
This is a permanent opportunity working 40 hours per week over a flexible shift pattern, 5 days out of 7. A competitive salary of £25,705.68 is offered along with a vast range of excellent employee benefits.
