Perform administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The primary responsibilities include:
Clerical Tasks: Prepare and organize documents, generate reports, transcribe information, and maintain accurate records for meetings, presentations, and office operations.
Welcoming Visitors: Greet and assist visitors upon arrival, manage incoming phone calls, provide information, and direct individuals to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Managing Correspondence: Handle emails, respond to inquiries promptly, and manage the distribution of internal and external mail, ensuring effective communication within the office and with external partners.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering information and assistance tailored to client needs.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: 24 months of experience in an administrative occupation
