A leading machine-building plant in Springfield, OH is seeking an experienced Electromechanical Assembler to join our team. Bring your assembly skills and attention to detail for this hands-on manufacturing role.
Job Responsibilities: - Assemble electrical and mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and full assemblies - Mount components on bodies or panels per design specifications - Prepare, install, and connect wiring harnesses to terminals - Follow written and verbal instructions precisely - Variations in assembly details, parts, and wiring patterns
Qualifications: - Prior electromechanical assembly experience strongly preferred - Ability to lift 20-40 lbs unassisted - Proficient with basic shop math and measuring tools - Hand-eye coordination and dexterity working with small parts - Comfortable standing for extended periods
