Digital Customer Experience Manager - Web Design
What does a Website Design Manager do?
You are responsible for managing our customer-facing websites. You must have a continual process improvement and UX design mindset with a strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) on marketing landing pages. Website managers are expected to have meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, and fantastic project management skills.
To ensure success, a website manager must display an excellent understanding of content management systems (CMS) like Adobe Experience Manager and technology infrastructures using CSS, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, and Security Audits. You must be comfortable troubleshooting websites, organizing and executing site updates, and constantly improving the User Experience (UX) on site.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the Tyson Foodservice websites.
- Manage website updates, taxonomy, and content edits/add/deletes in support of business, marketing and product initiatives.
- Build wireframe designs to communicate and rationalize site UX consistent with documented customer journey maps and desired CX.
- Work with DCX leadership to ensure full funnel connectivity and conversion optimization.
- Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues in collaboration with IT Enablement partners.
- Manage day-to-day break/fix issues.
- Ensure the website is protected by collaborating with IT to enable the appropriate security measures.
- Understand JavaScript, CSS, React, and HTML code languages.
- Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
- Manage technical SEO optimizations and web properties to ensure updated site compliance with search engine results pages.
- Implement and optimize appropriate website content aligned with the organization\'s strategy, aligned to digital best practices.
- Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plan and testing/QA of all new pages before go-live to check for quality and responsiveness across devices.
- Improve the User Experience (UX) of the website regularly.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization\'s standards.
- Create strategies to grow subscriber base, web traffic metrics and conversion rate across key marketing landing pages.
- Ensure full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in marketing, graphic UX design, or related qualification.
- 3 years of work experience as a website manager.
- Expert knowledge of Macromedia suite, Adobe suite, Content Management Systems (AEM preferred), and W3C Web standards.
- Proficient in JIRA or a similar project tracking software for managing web updates
- Highly proficient in HTML5, XHTML, CSS3 design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Access, mySQL and JavaScript.
- Great understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) of landing pages
- Knowledge of Adobe range of products including XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver
- Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding roblem-solving skills.
- Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task.

Any listed amounts represent the base pay range. Additional compensation may be available for this position based on various factors such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses. Pay is just one part of Tyson\'s total compensation package.
