Medical Manufacturing Company in Springboro, Ohio is hiring! We are looking for another dedicated person to join us. We have an immediate opening for a full time Document Control Technician at our facility in Springboro, OH (Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm - flexible start time.). The Document Control Technician is responsible for maintenance of various processes of Hardy's Quality Management System; including, but not limited to: document control, record control, scanning and change control. Documentation Control Technicians administrate various meetings as required by the company. This position requires the ability to multi-task and have excellent attention to detail. Other duties include; but, not limited to: • Be familiar with Hardy Diagnostics' Quality System Program • Assist Scanning Technicians or QA Generalist with the committing of documents in OnBase • Review the accuracy of Certificate of Analysis creation for specific lots of products • Maintain device master records and documentation. • Assist Regulatory Affairs with Regulatory Audits, Customer Audits, and various assignments and projects as assigned or needed. Minimum requirements include college courses and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer literacy in word-processing and spreadsheet software required. College courses in biology, chemistry and physics are a plus.
