ManpowerGroup Contracts Lead II in Spring, Texas
Our client, an oil & gas company, is seeking a Contracts Lead to join their team. The ideal candidate will have good communication and analytical skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Contracts Lead II
Location: Spring, TX
Pay Range: Up to $55/hr
Duration: 6 months (potential to extend)
What’s the Job?
Negotiates contract pricing and terms & conditions directly with suppliers while working with internal stakeholders, seeking lowest total system costs and appropriate mitigation of supply and legal risk.
Assesses procurement agreements to understand value opportunities regarding supply chain optimization activities, such as, changing freight terms, network model changes, forecast/demand improvements, on time delivery improvements, vendor managed inventory, etc.
Supports roadmap development of total value opportunity.
Works with Procurement to amend agreements and tracks value delivery.
What’s Needed?
PtP knowledge
System utilization & efficiency (SAP knowledge is a requirement)
Application of business & procurement technical knowledge
Contract development, contract management, negotiating and influencing
